McCrum’s Office Furnishings’ new showroom in Calgary will be EWI’s location for our Practical Office Ergonomics on October 7th and 8th and we couldn’t be more excited.
Conveniently located just off MacLeod Trail at 5310 1st St SW in Calgary, the office furniture supplier is the perfect pairing for EWI’s course; there is plenty of classroom space, ample parking, plenty of hotels nearby for out of town participants, and of course the students can view the latest advancements and styles in furnishings from a range of manufacturers. But most importantly, the variety of office workstation displays and chairs in McCrum’s showroom will allow course participants to practice the principles they have learned firsthand – one of the popular features of EWI’s office ergonomics course.

In addition to the hands on component on how to conduct an office assessment and make adjustments to furniture and equipment, students will learn about causes of discomfort and current evidence to support the selection and implementation of effective ergonomic solutions.
After completing the course, participants will have the skills to assist their organization to ensure a healthy and safe office environment for their staff.
